NEW YORK (September 9, 2026) – Holland & Knight is pleased to announce that Amy Leder, executive partner of the Firm's New York office, was honored as Office Managing Partner of the Year at the 2026 New York Legal Awards. The New York Law Journal presented the award on September 3, 2026, at the Ziegfeld Ballroom.
Ms. Leder oversees the operations and strategic direction of Holland & Knight's New York office, which is home to more than 240 lawyers. Under Ms. Leder's guidance, the office has seen its highest period of growth since its founding 30 years ago. Her leadership extends beyond the New York office, as she also co-leads the firm's Corporate, M&A and Securities Practice Group in the Northeast region. In addition to representing clients in many different industries, Ms. Leder is part of a team that has pioneered the mergers and acquisitions (M&A) model for academic institutions in New York and led some of the most high-profile higher education deals in recent years.
Alongside her leadership role and legal practice, Ms. Leder maintains an active record of professional and civic engagement, serving on the board of directors of FASPE (Fellowships at Auschwitz for the Study of Professional Ethics).
