Overview

Kristin Bacchus is a financial services attorney in Holland & Knight's Century City office. Ms. Bacchus focuses her practice on complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions.

Ms. Bacchus has extensive experience representing financial institutions in connection with loans to private equity sponsors and principals, corporate entities, investment vehicles and high-net-worth individuals. Her practice encompasses an array of transactions, including secured and unsecured financings, partner loan and co-investment programs, net asset value-based (NAV) credit facilities, capital call facilities and management company fee secured facilities, hedge fund lending, securities-based lending, art lending, leveraged buyouts and subscription facilities. She also has advised financial institutions and commercial borrowers in connection with syndicated credit facilities, acquisition loans, bridge loans, asset-based loans and energy loans.

In addition, Ms. Bacchus' corporate experience includes advising public and private companies, as well as strategic and private equity investors, in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and governance issues. She has worked with clients across a broad range of industries, from energy (oil, gas and coal) to communications.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Bacchus was co-deputy chair of the Finance Department at an international law firm, based in its Los Angeles office.
