Overview
Simone Collins is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Century City office and a member of the firm's Corporate, M&A and Securities Practice Group. Ms. Collins' practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, financings, joint ventures and other general corporate and business matters.
Ms. Collins has extensive experience advising companies, private equity firms, entrepreneurs and investors across a broad array of industries, including technology and software, media and entertainment, retail and consumer products, professional services, hospitality and restaurants, and manufacturing and industrials.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Collins was a corporate partner of a boutique law firm in Los Angeles.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Collins worked as a financial advisor in the corporate restructuring and recovery department of a global consulting firm.
