Overview

Antonio DiNizo is an aviation finance attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office. Mr. DiNizo is a member of the firm's Asset Finance Group, where he focuses his practice on aircraft acquisition, financing and leasing.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. DiNizo worked as a finance associate for a New York City-based multinational law firm, where he helped borrowers and lenders facilitate large leveraged financing transactions.

While in law school Mr. DiNizo was a member of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal, was an executive committee member of the school's moot court board and held multiple leadership positions within other student organizations. Additionally, Mr. DiNizo worked as an intellectual property litigation law clerk, where he helped inventors protect their patent rights in business method, pharmaceutical and Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) litigations. He also participated in the GWNY Corporate Law Program, where law students learn and work alongside corporate law professionals in New York City.

Mr. DiNizo is passionate about aviation and the airline industry. He first flew an airplane at age 12, formally started pilot lessons four years later, and currently possesses a private pilot's license.
