Matt Grosack is a healthcare dispute and risk attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office. Mr. Grosack's practice involves a wide range of dispute resolution and risk management counseling, with a particular focus on complex commercial litigation and regulatory investigation matters affecting health systems, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, diagnostic imaging companies, outpatient facilities, and medical and physician practices. His experience includes the resolution of high-stakes disputes and investigations for healthcare clients on varied issues such as restrictive covenants, healthcare fraud, post-closing disputes in private equity-backed healthcare transactions, whistleblower (qui tam) actions, licensure and privacy-related matters in federal, state, administrative and alternative dispute resolution forums. Mr. Grosack is a Certified Information Privacy Professional in U.S. privacy laws and regulations.

In addition, Mr. Grosack frequently handles other high-stakes disputes in various industries for hospitality, real estate, private equity and venture capital clients on issues including minority oppression, class actions and indemnification disputes, among others.

Mr. Grosack also has notable experience with numerous technology platforms, including medical devices, healthcare blockchain and distributed ledger technology (DLT), drones and autonomous vehicles.

Mr. Grosack is an active community supporter and volunteer in philanthropic and charitable organizations throughout South Florida. Currently, Mr. Grosack serves on the executive cabinet of the United Way Miami-Dade's Tocqueville Society, the board of Immigration Partnership & Coalition (IMPAC) Fund, and is a passionate supporter of the Memorial Foundation, the Miami Cancer Institute and Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital Foundation.
