Overview

Joshua Gutter is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Fort Lauderdale office who represents public and private companies, including private equity funds. Mr. Gutter's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance and other general corporate and securities matters. He is also a certified public accountant.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Gutter worked at a large national law firm and gained experience with respect to business transactions, representations and warranties (R&W) insurance, and various matters related to law and accounting.

During law school, Mr. Gutter was selected as a Miami Public Interest Scholar and served as a member of the University of Miami Law Review. During his undergraduate career, he served as a Florida Cicerone, the official student ambassadors to the University of Florida. In addition, Mr. Gutter is an alumnus of AmeriCorps.
