Overview
Jennifer C. Lee is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office and a member of the firm's Healthcare & Life Sciences Team. Ms. Lee advises clients on a variety of healthcare regulatory and corporate transactional matters.
Ms. Lee has experience counseling a range of clients in the healthcare industry, including pharmacies, pharmacy benefit managers, physician groups, insurers, pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributors, third-party administrators and utilization review organizations. She provides regulatory guidance and advice on matters concerning compliance with healthcare laws, including the federal Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS), False Claims Act (FCA) and the Controlled Substances Act.
In addition, Ms. Lee represents clients in a variety of corporate and healthcare transactions, including licensing matters, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and underwriting representations and warranties (R&W) insurance.
