Overview

Sebastian Oranday is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Austin office. Mr. Oranday focuses his practice on matters involving entity formations, venture capital, private offerings and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Mr. Oranday advises public and private companies, as well as boards of directors, founders and investors, on corporate governance and compliance matters. His experience also includes assisting clients in all stages of the corporate life cycle, from formation and financing through exits. Mr. Oranday previously worked with low-income artists in New York to address intellectual property (IP) matters.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Oranday was an attorney at a global law firm in its Austin office.

Representative Experience

  • Represented the chief executive officer and co-founder of Sevco Security, a venture capital-backed innovator in exposure assessment platforms, in connection with the sale of Sevco Security to Arctic Wolf Networks, a private equity-backed global leader in security operations
  • Represented Verosint, a leader in Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR) solutions, in its sale to Imprivata, a leading provider of access management solutions for healthcare and other mission-critical industries
