For more than a decade, Mr. Rew's practice has been heavily involved in the private equity space where he has significant experience representing buyers and sellers in platform sales and purchases, joint ventures and add-on transactions throughout the United States. He guides deals ranging in size from single physician practice acquisitions to large health system acquisitions and everything in between. - Represented a G-1 family member of an ultra-high-net-worth family with establishing a wealth management plan that included minimal planning but substantial wealth, as well as transfers and sales to intentionally defective grantor trusts (IGDTs), the use of limited liability companies (LLCs) and tax efficient unwinding of S corporations
