Henry A. H. Rosenzweig is an attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office and a member of the firm's Construction Industry Practice Group. He practices in the area of construction law and commercial litigation. Mr. Rosenzweig represents owners, construction managers, contractors, trades and sureties in a wide variety of matters, including both private and public projects, and is regularly engaged in the drafting of project-related contracts, dispute resolution, and the trial of actions in both state and federal courts.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rosenzweig worked at a Tokyo law firm for several years with a focus on residential and hotel developments in the U.S. and abroad, and as in-house corporate counsel for a U.S. subsidiary of an international construction company based in Tokyo, Japan. Most recently, he practiced construction law and commercial litigation with a firm in New York City.
Mr. Rosenzweig is proficient in Japanese, and has successfully completed Japanese language programs at Middlebury College and Earlham College in the U.S., and Waseda University and Rikkyo University in Japan.
