David I. Schneider is an associate in Holland & Knight's Tysons office. Mr. Schneider focuses his practice on land use, real estate development and property rights litigation. He has successfully represented applicants in a wide variety of complex land use applications in jurisdictions throughout Northern Virginia. He has a range of experience including representing clients in feasibility studies and due diligence and through the legislative and ministerial approval processes and, when necessary, represents clients in judicial appeals on zoning and land use matters.
