She has nearly a decade of experience representing healthcare companies, manufacturers, and private equity firms in strategic acquisitions, joint ventures, and dispositions. She enjoys the complexity of transactional work and the challenge of bringing together all the elements of a deal. She has represented specialty physician practices in sales to strategic acquirers and private equity firms, healthcare providers in joint ventures with physicians, and investor-owned health systems in strategic acquisitions and dispositions.
