Overview
Kisha R. Wilson is a Boston attorney who concentrates her practice in intellectual property (IP) matters. Ms. Wilson assists clients across a wide range of IP issues, with a particular focus on technology transactions, data privacy and IP licensing.
Ms. Wilson's experience includes drafting and advising clients on technology license agreements, including software agreements, end-user license agreements, acceptable use policies, master service agreements, trademark and copyright license agreements. Ms. Wilson also has experience advising clients on information security best practices and data incident response, as well as performing IP due diligence in connection with merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions.
While in law school, Ms. Wilson was a member of the Journal of High Technology Law, a legal innovation and technology fellow, and president of the Student Peace and Reconciliation Coalition. Ms. Wilson also received the school's Social Change Award for her dedicated commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the Suffolk Law Community.
