Sam Young

Sam Young, a member of Holland & Knight's Real Estate Capital Markets Group, is a transactional attorney with a national practice who is based out of the firm's Richmond office.

For more than a decade, Mr. Young has served as a counselor to public and private companies, financial institutions, private equity groups, developers, high-net-worth individuals and master and special servicers in the commercial real estate, corporate finance, commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) and structured finance markets.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Young served in an in-house capacity for a full-service healthcare real estate company, in which he was involved with the financing and development of healthcare facilities across the United States.
