Yes. Holland & Knight provides the support you need to build and expand your practice. With practice groups and industry-based teams comprised of more than 1,250 lawyers and professionals, you will have opportunities to draw upon our expertise. Before you even arrive at Holland & Knight, we will work with you to create a customized integration plan to ensure you are introduced to the many facets of the firm and to obtain the logistical and substantive support you need. You will have a dedicated integration team that will work with you to develop and implement a personalized integration plan. You will meet regularly with your integration team during your first few months with the firm to help build strong ties among you, your clients, colleagues and the firm's clients. Whether you are bringing clients with you to the firm or just beginning to develop a client base, you will find the support you need.
Holland & Knight reviews its associate salaries at least annually. Associate salaries may vary by market and are based upon your years of experience. Annually, associates are also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
Yes. We have both non-equity and equity partner classifications.
Lawyers are eligible to apply for partnership after eight years of creditable service.
