President Trump’s election has engendered a great deal of debate among all stakeholders in the Federal procurement process. This year’s Board of Contract Appeals Bar Association and George Washington Law School Government Procurement Law Policy Colloquium will assess the new administration’s current and long term impact on the culture and norms that make the Federal acquisition community effective, the roles of various players, and the health of the procurement community.
