Congreso de Arbitraje Nacional e Internacional 2018

At this year's Congreso de Arbitraje Nacional e Internacional in Colombia, Partners Jose Zapata, Enrique Gomez-Pinzon and Alberto Zuleta will be panelists. This programming is sponsored by the Centro de Arbitraje y Conciliacion and the Conciliación de la Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá.

Mr. Zapata will speak on the "Financiación de Terceros para Arbitraje Nacional y Comercial Internacional, Implicaciones Jurídicas y Éticas" panel, focusing on the legal and ethical implications of third party funding for arbitration of national and international trade. Mr. Gomez-Pinzon will speak on business arbitration on the "El Arbitraje en el Entorno Económico de los Negocios" panel. Mr. Zuleta will speak on the "La Interpretación Prejudicial del Tribunal Andino y Su Implicación para el Arbitraje" panel about arbitration implications of the Andean court rulings.
