38th Annual International Tax Conference

Attorneys Lauren Klein, Bill Sherman, Larry Kemm, Seth Entin, William Sharp, and Stewart Kasner will speak at the upcoming 38th Annual International Tax Conference sponsored by the Florida Bar Tax Section and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Private Wealth Services Attorney Lauren Klein will present "International Inbound Taxation - General Overview of Key Concepts" during the International Tax Conference Boot Camp (ITCBC) on January 15. 

Tax Attorney Bill Sherman will also speak during ITCBC on the topic of  "International Outbound Taxation."

Business Attorney Larry Kemm will speak on the first day of programming at the conference discussing "Current Developments in International Taxation: Outbound Update."

Tax Attorney Seth Entin will also speak on the first day of the conference about "Tax Planning with S Corporations and Hybrids After the TCJA."

Tax Attorney William Sharp will discuss "Current Developments in International Taxation: Inbound Tax Planning Update Including Recent Global Tax Compliance and Controversy Developments" on the second day of programming at the conference.

Later on the second day, Private Wealth Services Attorney Stewart Kasner will discuss "Current Trends & Succession Planning for US Beneficiaries of Domestic & Foreign Trusts w/a Focus on Underlying Securities & Private Equity Investments."
