Ethics in Social Media 2021

Data Strategy, Security & Privacy Partner Mark Francis will chair a Practising Law Institute program on the ethics of using social media in a law practice. Presentations will cover what types of personal information employers are allowed to access without employees' consent, how to maintain data security and privacy, and how the attorney-client privilege affects social media use. Speakers will also analyze recent federal guidance and ethics opinions.
