International Arbitration with Public Entities

International arbitration attorney Laura Yvonne Zielinski will moderate a panel discussion on arbitration proceedings involving public entities. Topics will include the arbitrability of state contracts, professional responsibility of public officials and the difficulties of piercing the corporate veil in both commercial and investment proceedings. The webinar will be co-hosted by DIS40, CAM/CANACO and the Cómite Colombiano de Arbitraje (CCA).
