Evaluating Cybersecurity Readiness and Liabilities for M&A Transactions and Why it Matters

Cybersecurity and privacy attorney Bess Hinson will participate in a panel discussion on cyber-related risks and best practices for mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Speakers will explain how to evaluate cybersecurity readiness and liabilities associated with M&A transactions, plus share their experiences integrating the cybersecurity programs of target companies and acquirers. The event, organized by the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG), will take place in person at Holland & Knight's Atlanta office, and Ms. Hinson will join panelists from IBM, Morgan Stanley and Ernst & Young for the discussion.
