Prior Consultation

Environment attorney Maria Camila Aponte was invited to participate in the Excellence in Justice Corporation's training sessions related to the mining-energy sector in Colombia. Ms. Aponte will speak on the prior consultation panel and will explain issues related to corporate and institutional due diligence in the country. The purpose of the training sessions is to share information, knowledge and relevant experiences regarding mining and energy law with the community and operators of the justice system in La Guajira region. This event is exclusive to justice system officials.
