At this year's NACUA Annual Conference in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, attorneys Jeff Nolan, Paul Lannon, Sheila Shen and Joshua Bosin will join other higher education attorneys for high-quality panels and discussion groups offering foundational information as well as the latest trends and need-to-know developments.

Mr. Nolan will be giving a presentation titled "Student Disability Law Issues," where he will discuss academic accommodation issues, emotional support animal issues, web accessibility issues and more.

Mr. Lannon will participate in the "Energy Vampires: How You and Your Clients Can Spot Them and Use Practical Tools to Banish Them" session on how to deal with people who drain your time, attention and emotional energy, both on a personal and professional level.

Ms. Shen will be speaking on the topic of legal theories in student tuition/fee refund cases in the session titled "Lessons Learned from Motion Practice in COVID-19 Student Fee Refund Class Action Cases." 

Mr. Bosin will also be hosting a discussion group titled "Managing Risks from Student Groups," where attendees can share experiences and ask questions about college student groups.
