Analysis of the Regulatory Development of Offshore Wind Projects in Colombia

Energy and environment attorney José Zapata will participate in a virtual discussion organized by the Departments of Commercial Law and Energy Mining Law of the Universidad Externado de Colombia. The panel will address the draft resolution issued by Colombia's General Maritime Directorate (DIMAR) that defines the competitive process for the granting of licenses for the generation of offshore wind energy in the country.
