Can We Arbitrate Harmful Interference Disputes?

International Arbitration and Litigation attorney Laura Zielinski will moderate a virtual panel on outer space interference disputes organized by the Space Arbitration Association and hosted by Space Watch Global. The panel will address the problem of unintentional harmful interference and will present the applicable legal obligations under both the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) rules and general international space law. Speakers will also speak about the available dispute settlement mechanisms within and outside of the ITU framework.
