Cybersecurity Best Practices for Lawyers 2023

Data Strategy, Security & Privacy attorneys Paul Bond and Shardul Desai will speak at the Practising Law Institute's (PLI) Cybersecurity Best Practices for Lawyers 2023. This event will center on maintaining client privacy and securing client data by going over attorney legal obligations in connection with cybersecurity and identifying cybersecurity threats against which client data must be protected. Mr. Desai's panel will discuss the cybersecurity risks present in day-to-day legal practice. Mr. Bond's panel will review cybersecurity best practices for lawyers, such as the pillars of cybersecurity programs and the lawyer's role in cybersecurity program development and implementation. Mr. Bond will also serve as the chair of the event.
