Legal & Policy Issues in the New Orbital Economy

International Arbitration and Litigation attorney Laura Yvonne Zielinski will appear on a Cleveland State University Global Space Law Center panel to discuss future changes in the orbital economy. Ms. Zielinski will talk about finding solutions that meet the requirements of international law, address public policy concerns and provide regulatory clarity to the private sector and its investors. She will also highlight the challenges this might present to public policy and the regulatory landscape.
