Training Diploma in Insolvency and Intervention

Bankruptcy attorney Gustavo Cuberos will serve as an instructor in Uniempresarial's academic program offering a training diploma in Insolvency and Intervention. This course will teach Colombian laws and regulations related to insolvency and processes designated by the country's Superintendency of Corporations, with the goal that participants will be able to apply constitutional and administrative laws to judicial reorganizations and liquidations, as well as use tools for the recovery and liquidation of companies, apply the international insolvency regime and resolve technical problems that arise during a bankruptcy. The classes will be offered in an online synchronous format on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m.
