The Masters Institute in Government Contracting

Government Contracts attorneys Amy Fuentes and Holly Roth will speak during the Federal Publications Seminars' Masters Institute in Government Contracting. This five-day course offers participants advanced lessons in federal procurement and contracting, with topics ranging from contract negotiations and terminations to False Claims Act (FCA) risk and procurement fraud. Ms. Fuentes and Ms. Roth will serve as instructors for the third day of the program, which will explore contract formation and source selection, commercial item acquisitions, service contracts and contract negotiations in the current acquisition environment. Points of discussion will include case studies on contracting mishaps and contractor remedies, U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) rules regarding unenforceable provisions, bid protests and proposal submission protocols.
