Please join Holland & Knight and the Federal Real Property Association (FRPA) for a panel discussion on the challenges and opportunities facing the development community as the federal government disposes of substantial numbers of real property assets.

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) has launched an accelerated disposition program and identified more than 400 properties it plans to transition out of the federal government's owned inventory. A disproportionate number of these properties are located in the District of Columbia, with many of the properties identified for disposition being high-profile agency flagship buildings, some of which are prominently located on the southwest portion of the National Mall.

Our panel will discuss the financial considerations, regulatory environment and multi-stakeholder processes involved in developing and redeveloping government real property, with a focus on the unique challenges developers face in the District of Columbia.

We hope you can join us for this informative program.
