Boater Offers Few Answers in Grandfather's Shooting and Mother's Presumed Death at Sea

Following a court appearance, Partner Dan Small discusses opposing defendant Nick Carman's comments in a CBS News segment. Mr. Small is representing the sisters of Linda Carman, who is presumed dead after her son's boat sank near Rhode Island in 2016.

In addition to being accused of having a role in his mother's death, Carman has been considered a suspect for the 2013 shooting death of his millionaire grandfather. In their lawsuit against Carman, the sisters have asked the judge to block their nephew from collecting inheritance money.
