Sellers, Jr. authored "The Open Government Act: The 2007 Amendment to the APA" which was featured in the June 2007 issue of The Florida Bar's Administrative Law Section Newsletter. The article discusses the Florida Legislature's recently enacted HB 7183, which makes a number of changes to Florida's APA and provides a summary of some of the key provisions. Note: After the article was published, HB 7183 was vetoed by Governor Charlie Crist.
