Spotlight on Civility in the Profession

White Collar Defense and Investigations attorney Eddie Jauregui authored an article for the California Lawyers Association about a report issued last September showing an increase of incivility in the legal profession. The report was issued by the California Civility Taskforce, a joint project of the California Lawyers Association (CLA) and the California Judges Association (CJA), and set forth four proposals for improving civility among California lawyers and judges. Mr. Jauregui breaks down each of the four proposals and explains how this will impact the legal industry in 2022.
