Universidad Externado de Colombia
Jose V. Zapata

Environment attorneys José Zapata, Rafael Toledo y Álvaro Camacho contributed to a book for the Universidad Externado de Colombia analyzing regulations concerning climate change and renewable energy in the country. This book analyzes how to find a balance between non-renewable and renewable energy sources, as well as a clear and precise regulatory framework in this area. Mr. Zapata served as a co-author of the book, and Mr. Toledo and Mr. Camacho served as researchers.
