Intellectual Property attorney Thomas Brooke and Law Clerk Rodrigo Velasco wrote an article for Law360 about trademark applications protecting nonfungible tokens (NFTs). Mr. Brooke and Mr. Velasco highlight the value of protecting intellectual property, and provide several examples of wording for trademark applications. They also insist that ongoing and future applicants need to be cautious on their chosen wording for trademark applications, as both vagueness and too narrow a definition could sidetrack the mark's progress or even lead to refusals to register.
