Toward a Fair Energy Transition for Colombia

Energy attorney Milton Fernando Montoya published an article for La República on the importance of a responsible, orderly, inclusive, sovereign and solidary energy transition in Colombia. He highlights the need to make public policy and regulatory decisions that take into account all sectors of society. Furthermore, Mr. Montoya suggests considering all sources of energy, including renewable and non-renewable sources, to achieve a balance between supply security, energy independence, affordability and generation mix diversification.
