Corporate Governance and Directors' Duties in Mexico
Corporate attorneys Oscar Quiroz-Chávez, Humberto Morales and Magda Reza co-authored an overview of corporate governance law in Mexico for Thomson Reuters Practical Law. The attorneys provide a high-level overview of the main types of corporate entities used, legal frameworks governing corporations, and management and board structures for public and private companies.
