Preparing New Single Statute For Public Procurement Rules

Corporate Attorney Enrique Gómez Pinzón was cited in an El Tiempo article explaining a project to harmonize regulations around public procurement, which is being prepared by Colombia Compra Eficiente, in order to optimize and make processes more efficient.

According to Mr. Gómez, "to make these changes a reality in the short term, a joint and coordinated work between the Government, the Congress and the private sector, both in the United States and in Colombia, is required."
