Reforma

Tax attorney Mario Barrera was interviewed by Reforma on the strategy of the Mexican Tax Administration Service (SAT) of using the "Compliance with obligations" and "Falls in collection" programs. "Not attending to an invitation letter can lead to a suspension and even cancellation of digital stamps, which makes it a very effective collecting tool."
