Florida Powerhouse: Holland & Knight

Law360

Holland & Knight Chair and CEO Robert Grammig, together with Partners Vivian de las Cuevas-Diaz, Ivan Colao and Katie Inman, were featured in a Law360 article recognizing the firm as a Florida Powerhouse for 2025. Law360's regional powerhouse rankings highlight the law firms rising above the competition across the country, and Holland & Knight has been recognized on this list multiple times.

The publication cited the firm's success in major deals and longstanding relationships with high-profile clients as some of the reasons for its continued dominance in the Florida legal market. Ms. de las Cuevas-Diaz spoke about the 710 Edge, prominent project to build a 650-foot residential tower on the Miami shoreline, and Mr. Colao commented on the firm's nearly 25 years' worth of transactions with aerospace and defense company L3Harris Technologies, one of the largest public companies in Florida. Law360 also noted a new focus on the defense industry – demonstrated by the establishment of a National Security & Defense Industry Group earlier this year – blends well with existing work in the state, home to several Air Force bases, NASA space centers and other military installations. In addition, the publication touched on the firm's ability to attract laterals from high-level government positions, such as Ms. Inman, the former general counsel for the Florida Office of the Attorney General who also held various roles with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
