Holland & Knight Launches Real Estate Dispute Team
Law360 published an article covering Holland & Knight's launch of its Real Estate Disputes and Advocacy Team to centralize the firm's real estate litigation capabilities and capitalize on its broad geographic reach. Headed by Partners Alexander Lycoyannis, Anne Beehler and Joshua Levenson, the group will counsel clients on lease litigation matters, complex contract claims and other commercial property disputes. Team members bring years of experience working with asset classes ranging from office and industrial to multifamily and affordable housing. Mr. Lycoyannis commented that the rapidly growing squad will serve clients including landlords and tenants, developers and investors across the United States.
"We have a lot of nationwide clients, and we want to focus on serving existing clients as well as attracting new clients who have a similar nationwide scope – nationwide developers, retailers and others who really don't look at things necessarily on a local basis, but on a national basis," he explained.
