Holland & Knight Advises Intertape Polymer Group on $250 Million Bond Offering
TAMPA, Fla. (October 22, 2018) – Holland & Knight advised Intertape Polymer Group Inc. (IPG) on its $250 million offering of 7 percent senior unsecured notes due in 2026. The notes were offered to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A of the Securities Act of 1933 and in offshore transactions pursuant to Regulation S under the Securities Act. The offering closed on Oct. 15.
IPG is a leader in the development, manufacture and sale of a variety of paper and film-based pressure-sensitive and water-activated tapes, polyethylene and specialized polyolefin films, protective packaging, woven coated fabrics and complementary packaging systems for industrial and retail use.
Headquartered in Montreal, Quebec and Sarasota, Fla., IPG employs approximately 3,400 employees with operations in 27 locations.
