Holland & Knight Represents Horizon Air Freight, Inc. in Sale to ICV Partners

NEW YORK (October 7, 2019) – Holland & Knight represented Horizon Air Freight, Inc. (HAF) in its sale to private equity firm ICV Partners, LLC. The deal was announced on October 3.

Headquartered in New York, HAF is a specialized freight forwarder focused on the marine industry serving leading U.S. and international shipping companies and cruise lines. The company manages and consolidates marine spare parts inventory and arranges for delivery of parts and supplies to customer vessels throughout the world.

Holland & Knight Partners Stephen Dietrich, Mark Melton, Christopher Buch, Phillip Schreiber and Mark Francis, Senior Counsel Sarah Seedig and Associate Philippa Balestrieri led the firm's representation of HAF.
