Holland & Knight Advises Acclaim Technical Services in Acquisition of Technology Consulting Firm

TYSONS, Va. (September 8, 2020) – Holland & Knight advised Acclaim Technical Services, LLC (ATS) on its acquisition of Global Consulting Services, Inc. (GCS), a Rockville, Maryland-based company with approximately 30 employees. The deal was announced on Sept. 1, 2020.

ATS was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Reston, Virginia. The company's portfolio includes more than 30 contracts supporting the intelligence, defense and law enforcement communities. The company's acquisition of GCS will allow it to expand its high-end capabilities in the areas of software development, software engineering and systems engineering.
