TAMPA, Fla. (September 15, 2020) – Holland & Knight advised Chumash Capital Investments, LLC (CCI) in its acquisition of Azimuth Technology, LLC, a manufacturer of firearms components, from LongueVue Capital and Clavis Capital Partners. The deal closed on August 31.
CCI is a wholly-owned investment entity of the Santa Ynez Band of Chumash Indians and directs economic development investments for the Chumash Tribe. Azimuth, which is headquartered in Naples, Florida, manufactures handgun slides, handgun barrels and bolt carrier groups, for a diverse base of OEM and aftermarket customers.
