Holland & Knight Advises Eastern Bag & Paper Supply Company in Sale to Imperial Dade

PHILADELPHIA (August 2, 2021) – Holland & Knight advised EBP Supply Company (aka Eastern Bag & Paper) on the company's sale to Imperial Dade, a New Jersey-based distributor of food service packaging and janitorial supplies. The deal was announced on July 26.

Headquartered in Milford, Conn., with additional locations in Tewksbury, Mass., and Burlington, N.J., EBP is a leading distributor of food service products and janitorial supplies owned and operated by Meredith Reuben.

Imperial Dade serves more than 65,000 customers across the United States and Puerto Rico. The acquisition of EBP strengthens Imperial's East Coast presence while enhancing the company's differentiated value proposition to customers in the region.
