Private Equity Attorney Rebecca Wilsker Joins Holland & Knight in Boston

BOSTON (August 3, 2021) – Holland & Knight has added M&A and private equity attorney Rebecca Wilsker as a partner in the firm's Corporate, M&A and Securities Practice Group. Ms. Wilsker, who will reside in the Boston office, joins the firm from Choate, Hall & Stewart.

Ms. Wilsker advises private equity funds, growth equity funds and their portfolio companies on critical transactions, including acquisitions, equity investments, sales and other significant life cycle events. She has significant experience working with tech and tech-enabled businesses and conducting cross-border transactions.
