Holland & Knight Advises Artlin Consulting in Merger and Formation of New Company

TYSONS, Va. (October 1, 2021) – Holland & Knight represented Artlin Consulting, a data analytics and management consulting provider and portfolio company of Enlightenment Capital, in its merger with Sehlke Consulting. The merger and newly formed company, Aeyon, was announced on September 30.

Through the merger, Aeyon will have a combined 450 employees and will be headquartered in Northern Virginia while providing government customers with program management, data management and analytics, information technology system development and other support services.

Enlightenment Capital, a Washington, D.C., area-based private investment firm that focuses on the aerospace, defense, government & technology (ADG&T) sector, will continue to support the enterprise's overall growth.
