Holland & Knight Advises LURE Outdoor on Sale to Pearl Media

NEW YORK (April 28, 2022) – Holland & Knight advised the owners of LURE Outdoor, LLC on their agreement to sell their equity interests in the company to Pearl Media Holdings, LLC. The deal was announced on April 28.

Based in New York City, Lure Outdoor is a leading advertising services company specializing in billboards and windowscapes. LURE Outdoor's out of home (OOH) media mix encompasses more than 120 high profile street-level billboards, barricades and storefronts throughout New York City, Brooklyn, Chicago and Los Angeles. 

Pearl Media, which is based in Montclair, New Jersey, manages and sells unique marketing and digital media opportunities. With the acquisition of LURE, Pearl Media becomes one of the largest street-level OOH media companies in the U.S.
