Holland & Knight Represents Lithia & Driveway in Acquisitions in Florida

DENVER (July 5, 2022) – Holland & Knight advised Lithia & Driveway (NYSE: LAD) in connection with acquisitions to expand its footprint in South Florida.

Lithia & Driveway, a leading provider of personal transportation solutions in the United States, announced on June 28, 2022, the purchase of nine Lehman Auto World stores and two Esserman International stores in Miami-Dade County. Together, these 11 stores are projected to generate $850 million in annualized revenue. The additions of Lehman Auto World and Esserman International bring the company's total expected annualized revenue acquired in 2022 to more than $2.1 billion.
